Work Experience
Graphic Designer, Creative Director & Web Designer/Master (Aug. 2007 to Current, Vicki Monteagudo & Associates, Kennewick, WA and Monteagudo Marketing Associates Co., Inc.)
Created weekly and monthly advertisements for the Tri-City Herald, Homes & Land, the Real Estate Book, Brides Magazine, and House to Home, and many other marketing for Vicki and her associated builders. Also created marketing materials including full color ads, flyers, postcards, full size banners, stickers, business cards for Vicki’s’ advertisements for her business, her associated builders and homes to be sold. Also created several builder logos and design schemes/colors/and identities to new builders. In addition, also created highly detailed custom maps and graphics for subdivisions and their corresponding plat maps. Performed custom photo manipulation to homes, photo touch up realtor photos and other photos as needed.
Complete design and layout of all pages and sections of The Perfect Move Magazine which is now distributed at over 50 locations in the Tri-Cities.
Custom designed, programmed and updated as necessary web sites including: www.TQC-Homes.com, www.ThePerfectMoveMag.com using Joomla! CMS.
Graphic Designer and Web Consultant (Sept. 2007 to Dec. 2007 GEAR UP/College Spark, Washington State University, Richland, WA)
Employed as a temporary hourly employee to create pamphlets, brochures and other marketing materials for distribution at the local middle schools as part of the GEAR UP Program through College Spark. Created the official logo for the Early Outreach Partnership and assisted in part of the creative direction of the web site.
Office Clerk and Student Designer Work Study (September 2005 through June 2007, Eastern Washington University, Cheney WA)
Created, edited, maintained and updated bi-weekly the hall announcements monitors for the Computer and Engineering Science building at Eastern Washington University. In addition, performed other clerical duties for the Associate Dean and Director including data entry, designing brochures and flyers.
Associated Student Body Records Officer (Jun. 2004 to Jun. 2005 Columbia Basin College)
Typed, corrected, archived and published weekly minutes and agenda’s for the following: Associated Student Body Congressional Meetings, ASB Executive Council meetings, HUB Renovation Working and Core Committees, and Student Affairs Budget Committee Meetings. Was also involved in By-Law’s Committee. Maintained accurate records of attendance and enforced rules and consequences as outlined in the ASCBC By-Laws and Constitution. Kept current lists of senator, advisor, and club contact information. Organized the entire proceedings for the 2005-2006 Student Activities Budget Committee which included creating all documents for Budget folders, hand selecting students, staff and faculty members to serve on committee. Advertising, scheduling, and verifying all hearing dates for organizations, services and pre-funded clubs wishing to obtain funding. Dividing ¾ of a million dollars throughout clubs, organizations, and services approved by the committee. Creating/typing, editing, archiving minutes and agendas for committee. End result is the 2005-2006 Student Activities Budget.

Typed the Briefs section: short informative paragraphs regarding events taking place in the Tri-Cities. Performed other clerical duties: filing, retyping, organizing, coping, conducting phone interviews and verifying information.
Volunteer Experience
Graphic and Layout Designer and Photographer (Current, Washington State Hispanic Legislative Day)
Created official brochure that will be distributed nationwide as part of informative material for Hispanic Legislative Day that takes place in Olympia, WA. In addition, took pictures that will be used for the creation of next year’s official brochure and to be used on the web site.
Volunteer Member of the Community (September to January L.A.S.O. Student Club at SCC)
Created and hosted an official web site for the club. Also created flyer art and posters for the club. In addition, created official posters for a No-Smoking Policy Forum sponsored by the club in March 2007.
Data Entry and Design (2000, 2002, 2004, 2005 Cinco de Mayo Parade and Festivities)
Data entry and mailing lists for parade participants. Also designed the official logo in 2004 and in 2005 that was used in all correspondence to the community. Also created the PowerPoint presentation used in the 2004 Clautil de Peralta Scholarship Dinner on Oct. 19, 2002
