About Me

I am a proud graduate of Eastern Washington University 2007 Alumni Cum Laude where I majored in Visual Communication Design with a minor in Art.

In my four years as a graphic design student, I have developed great energy and an intense passion for graphics and web design which is one of the main reasons that I have excelled in it.

During my college years, I have been a part of many organizations where I have had the ability to not only use my design skills, but to enhance my interpersonal communication, leadership, and conflict management skills. I have been a part of the ASCBC Executive Student Council as the Records Officer, I have been a member, secretary, and president of CBC M.E.Ch.A., I have been the secretary for a Franklin County Political Party, and participated in numerous other volunteer organizations. As part of my academic programs, I have had the opportunity to take several field-related courses including Electronic Pre-press, Advanced Web site Design, and Business Practices for Graphic Design. Throughout my course work, I have had the opportunity to learn a great deal of practical application skills for layout design, graphics and web site usability and design.

As a graphic design professional, I have excelled in many of my assigned tasks. Together with a marketing manager at my current employment, we have deployed 4 issues of a new magazine, called The Perfect Move Magazine. All graphics work, press checking and work with the printer was entrusted solely to me. In addition, I have created spreads for Homes and Land Magazine, Real Estate Book, and weekly ads for Tri-City herald for my employer. I have much experience working with these companies and providing an excellent quality of work and have built positive relationships. In addition to my print work, I have also worked to produce several websites for my employer and as a free lance designer.

Although I am an artist at heart, I am a computer geek in nature -- creating, what I believe is a harmony of technical skill and innovative elegant design. I strongly believe in this harmony and always strive to maintain this balance with all my work
